THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AGENCY.

Rent: assists with partial payment towards the current months rent. We do not assist with deposits or pay any amount in arrears.

Utilities: Payment on utility bills will be for the current month only. We do not assist with arrears, re-connection fees or deposits.

The utility services must be in service and in the name of someone living in the household. The agency does not pay telephone bills.

Burials: The residency requirement does not apply to funerals.

The deceased must have expired in Lubbock County to be considered for burial assistance.

PLEASE CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION. Low Income with totally disabled adult or minor child and the household has to be without income for thirty days.
