Provides emergency assistance for military families, including:

• worldwide emergency communications,
• counseling,
• assistance in obtaining government benefits,
• verification for emergency leaves, financial assistance and referrals.

Links with International Red Cross for foreign locator and refugee locator service.

Emergency financial assistance is available to active duty service members and/or veterans and their families with orders from the Iraq and/or Afghanistan theaters.
