I need assistance paying my utility bill. I am currently in Rosewood Rehab Center in Reno and am due to be discharged on Monday Nov 25th. The power company has stated they are going to turn off my utilities that day. I am behind on payments and they are no longer interested in helping me. Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.
