ReStart is a private not for profit organization umbrella organization that offers many services targeted to individuals and families who are at risk and/or homeless in Washoe County. Although services are targeted to primarily the Washoe County residents, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) activities cover all counties in Nevada except Clark. ReStart s mission is to reduce and prevent homeless and increase self-sufficiency of people who are homeless and their families. Our business is: Community Mental Health Center, supportive housing, and Homeless Management Information Systems/Capacity Building.
