Description
Southern Care Hospice provides
care to hospice patients in their home, hospital or nursing homes.
On
staff are RN's, LPN's, CNA's who provide the nursing duties; a social
worker and chaplain provide emotional and spiritual care to each
patient.
Patients are allowed to stay with their own physician upon
admission.
Southern Care provides medications & equipment related to
hospice diagnosis.
The medical director, Andre Landaiche, CRD, works
along with the patient's own physician.
Volunteers also visit with the
patients.
