South of Broadway it is from Broadway southward to and including Ormsby St (last street in 40203 going south) and from Floyd St on the west (including both sides-beginning with 300 E) and eastward to and including both side sides of Shelby St. The portion of 40204 that begins east of Shelby St, including Logan St (899 E) and the 900 E block of Mason, Finzer, and Lampton Streets through 999 E (up to the railroad track adjacent to the Highlands neighborhood).
