Provides financial assistance to purchase prescription and non-prescription drugs, diapers, glasses, dental needs, baby formula, and food for special dietary needs for low-income persons and those in need of emergency assistance.
Call for appointment during office hours, appointments only on Fridays.
Must complete intake form, provide doctor's prescription for medication.
Other information required on a case by case basis.
