CHAD meets its mission by creating inventory; it started with six rental units and today has 365 rentals and 29 homeownership properties. CHAD continues to purchase, build, rent and manage quality housing that is priced below market rate and saves our tenants more than $500,000 in rent annually and allows moderate-income people to purchase a home.
