• job readiness program;
• Brown Bag Gift Program which delivers cards and gifts to residents of intermediate care facilities diagnosed with mental illness;
• a computer recycling program;
• a Consumer Council;
• an art gallery;
• monitoring of print and verbal media for evidence of misinformation and stigma;
• newsletter;
• publications;
• lending library; and information on clinical trials.
