MDA assists with diagnostic services and follow up medical care, and helps with:

1) One speech therapy visit, physical therapy, respiratory therapy and occupational therapy visit a year.

2) One flu shot per year.

3) Monthly ALS support group.

MDA also assists with direct services such as:

1) The cost of repairing wheelchairs, scooters, or leg braces and other durable medical equipment2) MDA has a durable medical equipment loan closet, where we repair and lend out equipment.

MDA also runs a week long summer camp for children age 6-17 who have a neuromuscular disease
