Comprehensive advocacy, inc. is a private,nonprofit, legal services organization which manages several federally funded programs designed to protect the rights of people with disabilities, and is the designated Protection and Advocacy system for Idaho.

Co-Ad provides advocacy for people with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental illness or traumatic brain injury who have experienced abuse and/or neglect; have been denied services or benefits; have had their rights violated or suffered discrimination because of a disability.

Co-Ad, also assists persons in getting assistive technology or services; people seeking information about, applying for or receiving services from rehabilitation programs; SSI/SSDI beneficiaries with return to work concerns.

Co-Ad provides information and referral; direct advocacy; assistance with negotiation and mediation; and legal advise and/or representation to persons with disabilities on issues related to their disability.
