The Community
Housing Investment Corporations mission is to create and support the
renovation and construction of affordable housing, the removal of
blighting conditions, and the redevelopment of residential neighborhoods
in Council Bluffs by undertaking actions that provide housing
opportunities principally for low and moderat income households and
reduce the burdens of government.
