Description
Putnam CHD offers
- anonymous and confidential HIV testing,
- pre and post test counseling,
- referrals to other agencies as needed,
- Project AIDS care case management,
- drug assistance program, and specialized AIDS medical personnel referrals.
For additional services, clients are referred to Project AIDS Care or Faith, Inc (outreach services) in Alachua County.
