- Participants must meet annual income criteria to qualify and are eligible for this program only once per season.
- The cooling season runs from April - September and the heating season from October - March.
- If FPL bill exceeds the maximum financial assistance allowance of $600, individuals must provide proof of available funds necessary to pay the difference.
