low-income families and individuals at following projects: George Allen,
Porter Place, Fort Village, Robert Gabriel, Senior Citizens Plaza. Helps
locate and assist on rent for low/moderate income persons. Assists city
in finding tenants for Modern Rehabilitative Housing, according to
waiting list; will assist landlord with financial grant to rehabilitate
property. This program available for county as well. Suggest call for
appointment or go pick up application. Income verification required at
time rehabilitation loans given to residence owners.
