Description
Island Coast AIDS Network
provides free confidential HIV testing, referrals to community
resources, client emergency assistance fund, transportation, food and
vitamin supplements through the food pantry, HIV/AIDS classes, HIV
prevention services, Project AIDS Care Medicaid Waiver (PAC) case
management, and on-site commercial rental for HIV/AIDS related medical
supplies.
This program will assist in obtaining SSI, Medicaid, and Food
stamps for HIV+ persons.
