The FSU program offers confidential, timely problem identification and assessment services for FSU employees and families with personal concerns that may impact lives and/or job performance and includes referral of clients for diagnosis, treatment, and assistance, plus monitoring and follow-up.

Programs may deal with workplace conflicts or violence, building communication skills, addressing substance abuse, stress management and personal money management.

Crisis intervention and critical incident stress debriefing services are available.
