Description
Desoto CHD, HIV/AIDS Services, offers confidential and anonymous HIV testing, treatment, and clinical counseling for those living with HIV/AIDS.
Case managers obtain medical and social services for those infected.
Partner notification and contact investigations are also conducted to identify and treat individuals who may have been exposed.
A HIV Support and Education group meets the second Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.
HIV testing is offered at 34 S Baldwin Ave - call (863) 993-4601 for HIV testing information.
