Provides one-time emergency financial assistance for rent; electric and water. For those at or below 200% poverty guidelines. A short-term rental subsidy may be available to those who are currently homeless, have been chronically homeless, have a disability and are being case managed by a mental health provider. The goal of this program is to help an individual work toward self-sustainability by working with community organizations to provide the necessary services required to mainstream the individual back into the community.
