The primary geographical area of focus are the continents of the Western Hemisphere.

Thus the organization derives its name, America Continental 2000.

However, the vision is not limited to this part of the world, and as the organization grows in its ability to respond to situations as they arise and meet needs, the scope of action will be widen.

Their areas of expertise includes, but is not limited to the following:

*Disaster Relief and Assistance in the field of Humanitarian Assistance,

*Water and Sanitation in the field of Agriculture and Rural Development,

*Housing, Transportation, power generation and Urban Development in the field of Infrastructure including Renewable Energy Projects and Programs,

*Conservation, Ecology and Natural Resources in reference to the Environment, and*Education, Information and Communication.

The purposes for organizing the Corporation are to perform charitable activities within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c)(3) and the Chapter 496, F.S. Specifically, the Corporation is organized to provide disaster relief and developmentassistance in the form of engineering and other technical consulting, advice, and assistance; the providing of equipment and materials to carry out that advice; and other organizational and consulting services designed to assist local organizations and governments in preparing for and responding to disasters of all kinds including disasters caused by terrorism, environmental contamination, tsunamis and water drought.
