8:30am to 12:30pm, monday - thursday, appointment required.

Intake procedure:

Initial interview and appointments scheduled by telephone.

Appointments taken at 8:30am mondays only.

Eligibility:

Low income or homeless people.

HUD income guidelines for all financial assistance.

Assists one time only!
