Community action agency for Bristol, Burlington, Farmington, Plainville and Plymouth provides community based services for people who are economically disadvantaged to promote self-sufficiency and economic independence. BCO administers the following programs: Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, Eviction Prevention Program, energy assistance, homemaker/companion/respite services for elders and Head Start.
