I had applied section 8 for several years without success. I live in Douglas Park (Government apt) with my family of 5 people without coverage or assistance from Section 8 despite my current difficult situation. I had a work accident on my right arm on April 11, 2019 and I lost my job on 03/20/2020 during the medical treatment (Doctor and therapy appointment) I did not recover a check or deposit from the application for assistance from unemployment.
