I'm currently unable to see my 5 year old daughter because her father has primary custody an has told his wife she decides when or if I get to see my daughter. There was report called into DHS that I was using drugs around my daughter which the hair stat that DHS took from her came back clean. But because I told the dhs worker I would prefer not to go do a hair stat because i had no vehicle to get to testing and that i would have trouble getting off work too as well, due to us being a extremely short staffed at the moment. I have offered him regular drug testing just for him to ignore me. I don't know what else to do I don't have a lot of money, but I've had the same job for over 4 years now an I have been clean for over a year. I also have my own place as well an I'm still able to see my son because his grandparents obviously know I'm doing good an clean. Also he recently filed for child support when we agreed that he wouldn't when I signed suspension papers to stop child support on our oldest an also forgave all of his back child support. I need to take him to court but don't know where to begin and don't have the money for an attorney at this time. It's been almost 3 months since I've been able to see my daughter.
