Description

Each GPCF client is offered one donated visit to a primary health care provider.

This first visit is donated by a primary care provider (PCP) in the GPCF network.

Many providers continue to see the client after the first visit on a fee schedule negotiated between the client and the provider.

The client can also see a specialist in the GPCF network for one donated visit if referred by the primary care physician, provided the specialty is available in the GPCF network of physicians.

Dental CareAssistance with locating patient assistance programs for diagnostic testing or surgery Assistance with locating other health care agencies who provide services not available through GPCF Education about other indigent drug programs

Eligible GPCF clients can receive a referral to a local, participating pharmacy where they can get donated prescriptions filled.

Most GPCF-participating pharmacies waive their dispensing fees, filling these prescriptions for GPCF clients free of charge.
