Provide, Coordinate, and Facilitate Homeless Services in Manatee County.
The Case Manager conducts a thorough interview with each
client,
assessing their need and eligibility for different funding
sources that
are available to help with rent or deposits. If you are
seeking
financial rental assistance you must meet eligibility
requirements. A
primary requirement is proof of income to maintain
yourself in housing
for a minimum of six months. You must also be
able to prove residency
in Manatee County for at least thirty (30)
days.
