Description
Citrus CHD has four locations.
All of which offer
- rapid,
- confidential and anonymous HIV testing,
- STD testing,
- Case Management, and ADAP.
An HIV/AIDS support group may also be available.
Other locations are:
Inverness, 120 N Montgomery Ave, 34450;
Crystal River, 117 NW Hwy 19, 34428; and South Lecanto, 2804 W Marc Knighton Ct, 34461.
