Description
ASAP Community Programs, (formerly FACT), provides
1) case management to refer clients and family members to needed services;
2) offers direct services to children affected or impacted by HIV/AIDS;
3) provides co-pay assistance program for food and personal needs;
4) offers rapid testing and referrals for men needing substance abuse or mental health counseling; and
5) provides HIV/AIDS prevention and education programs to the public.
