MCHI AA was
incorporated as a nonprofit in December, 1998 to support Monterey County
Inc., by engaging in the acquisition, rehabilitation, operation,
maintenance and repair of two housing developments affordable to low and
very low income households in Monterey County, Ca. MCHI AA purchased two
housing developments: Casanova Plaza an 86 unit apartment for elderly in
Monterey, Ca; Parkside Manor an 88 unit complex for elderly, and 8
multi-family units, in Salinas, Ca.
