Description:
The Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) is a new initiative available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
The purpose is to provide prevention assistance to households who are homeless or who would otherwise become homeless-many due to the economic crisis.

Yes! I'm trying to get a appointment for gas assistance with bill. Been trying since need of Dec. To find out waiting on funds, that's ok...... hadn't got and appointment for 2yrs now, always no appt, but one been getting it they receive letters bout appt date and times. Not fair for others like me can't call and them not say we have no appointment. Not fair....

Need assistance with my light bill asap...never ever had an APPOINTMENT ..then when u call all the appointments are gone a 9:00 give different people a chance...instead of using the same people
