Indigent Health Care Program - Jourdanton
Provides
health care for Atascosa County citizens who meet program requirements
(place of residence, income, resources).
Services provided include
physician visits, hospital inpatient and outpatient services, up to 3
prescription medications per month, and may include payment of existing
medical claims. This program is also available to undocumented persons
who meet eligibility requirements.
Indigent Health Care is, by law, the
payer of last resort, and all other possibilities will be explored first
(when medically appropriate to do so).
Households with minor children
